Carob Almond Butter Smoothie

Weekday mornings, it's impossible for me to cook a good breakfast. But a fast and yummy smoothie is the perfect way for me to start the day! This one is a spin off my typical favorite, the chocolate peanut butter-- but unable to have either of those key ingredients, this is my version of a classic.

1 organic banana
1 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
1 cup ice
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
1/4 cup organic oatmeal
2 tablespoons organic almond butter
1/3 cup carob chips
1 packet of stevia (optional)

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until nice and thick but smooth.
