Everyday Yogurt

Every morning, my mom and I have a breakfast ritual of our own yogurt and granola of her own invention. With a carefully calculated mixture of textures, omega 3s, and lots of amazing health benefits, this daily dose is sure to get your day off to a beautiful start! Did I mention its unreasonably tasty too?

(all found at Trader Joe's market)

  • half a cup of goat milk yogurt (or other non dairy substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon ground blueberry flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Nature's Path pumpkin granola (not gluten or wheat free but still good. Try my granola, or one of their brands for dietary needs)
  • organic agave nectar (or raw honey)

Combine all ingredients with the yogurt in your favorite mug or bowl and add the sweetener. Now enjoy with tea or coffee, and have a lovely morning! I hope you enjoy this treat of ours, and feel free to comment and let us know how you make your breakfasts special!
